Semester/academic year applications require:
- Evidence you fulfill the program pre-requisites,
- Completion of all application questionnaires and materials,
- Two recommendations (one from a faculty member and one from a SLU community member)
- a copy of your unofficial transcript via APR2.0.
- Other program-specific questionnaires and materials
- (Depending on your program) An application interview and/or an additional application for your partner program.

While at St. Lawrence, you can participate in a maximum of two semesters studying off-campus.
Application Responses
Applications are reviewed by a selection committee of faculty and program alumni and decisions are generally available 6 weeks after the application date.
Please Note: The off-campus study application process is competitive and space is limited on all programs. All applications are reviewed by selection committees which weigh the applicant’s academic record; preparation and rationale for off-campus study; social/disciplinary history; and prior/future opportunities for off-campus study in college.
