Fun fact: My fun fact would be that I trained in Tae Kwon Do for seven years and became a second-degree black belt and the youngest certified instructor in the program.

Why did you choose SLU?

When I first visited SLU’s campus, I automatically felt this sensation of belonging. I knew this was where I wanted to spend the next four years as a college student. It seemed like a tight-knit community and I was right.

What do you like most/enjoy most about SLU?

Being on SLU’s campus made me love the overall atmosphere of support. Whether it would be the professors, staff, or students, they all just radiate a supportive energy. That sense of support truly categorizes what it means to be a community.

Why did you apply to be a CM:

I applied to be a CM because I wanted to experience a position that was going to be beneficial for me in the long run. I had read about the job and I immediately thought that it could enhance my ability as a leader and a problem solver.

Why should every student take a CBL course during their time at SLU?

CBL courses help expand the comfort zone of students. They allow students to become more efficient in bonding with others not only from SLU but within the St. Lawrence community.

As a new CM, I am most excited about being able to work coherently with others. Learning the different styles of others and working as an efficient team is a major skill to have.
