The main University website uses Drupal for its content management system. Communications staff provides support and training for campus website managers.
Website Editor Permissions Requests
New Editors
If you are a new editor, you must watch a 20-minute training video and complete the Web Editor Permission Form to request access to the website.
Existing Editors
If you are an existing editor and need access to a new Group, please fill out the Web Editor Permission Form with the request.
If you are looking for a refresh on a specific topic, you may find the individual topics on the Editor Basics page helpful or rewatch the training video at any time.

Questions or Assistance
If you need assistance editing a specific page that you do not have access to, you can search for the editors associated with that page using our Editor Master List (St. Lawrence Account Required) and filtering based on the Department or Group that owns the page. The Group that owns the page is the group name that is listed at the top of the side menu on the page (ex: this page is owned by the University Communications group).
