Web Editor Permission Form

To gain access to editing pages on the website, please fill out the form below. 

New Editors: Before filling out the form you need to watch the training video found at the top of the Web Editor Basics page. The form will ask a few questions about the content of the video which must be answered in order for permissions to be granted. The video and quiz take under 25 minutes to complete.

Existing Editors: If you have done the training already and just need extended access to another group's content, please fill in the form below and let us know which group you need to be added to.
