Dining and Conference Services

We in Dining Services are so excited to welcome everyone back as we gear up for the year ahead! I wanted to take a moment to share exciting updates and changes to our dining operations.

New at Northstar Café

Northstar Café is proudly representing the scarlet and brown with a new paint job and a mini make over this summer! In addition to a fresh look, there are lots of exciting additions this semester!

We are introducing a new smoothie concept called Smoodi https://www.getsmoodi.com/ that will be a self-service area for a quick, refreshing and healthy option! Another great healthy option is our new Acai bowls that can be found on the GET app. We have expanded our gluten friendly station with a dedicated gluten free fryer and workstation and separate menu on the app, added F’real milkshakes and salads made to order! There are some great, fun new appetizers at the fryer station like our new funnel fries and raspberry cheesecake chimichangas! And those deep fried Oreos are now available all day! You will also find a self-serve mac & cheese and chili bar with your favorite toppings for a quick, warm meal, which will really hit the spot when those wintry winds move in! Check out our new Wing Wall that is packed with sauces and rubs so you can customize your own wings and tenders! We are now proudly Pepsi exclusive so have a look at some new beverages in our c-store!

Time Out Café

Time Out also had a mini makeover this summer! Stop by and check out our new look and options! As a guest, you will now enter Time Out and shop for your favorite sandwiches, snacks and more! We added a Smoodi smoothie machine, more grab & go items and will be opening for the breakfast hours to help our students and staff get a bite to eat after a work out or practice! Time Out will open on Monday, September 2^nd and our hours will be Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (please note it will close for 15 minutes at 10 a.m. for staff breaks.)

New at Dana

Check out our new Made to Order station (MTO) located near the pizza area! At lunch we have a variety of options that will change daily like chopped cobb salad, shrimp tacos, pulled pork poutine and more! At dinner this station will be either pasta or stir fry! This new addition allows you to customize your meal and is made fresh by one of our staff members!

Let your taste buds take a trip around the world with our new International Flavor Station located just past the ice cream station. Here you will find a cooler filled with sauces hailing from different regions around the world, along with a variety of spices to enhance your favorite Dana creation. We will continue to build on our options and we welcome suggestions!

About the ice cream station…we are now partnering with Hershey Ice cream and have added a 12 tub ice cream freezer (yes, 12!!) Try out some new flavors and let us know what other ice cream flavors you want to see!

We have added lots of fun food bars to our brunches which include an avocado toast bar, a crepe bar and more! There will be smoothies or omelets made to order at brunch too!

Feel free to bring a reusable mug for coffee or tea and a reusable water bottle to fill up on water. And join our reusable container program if you need to eat on the run for a $5.00 buy in, just ask our cashiers if interested.

New for Catering and Concessions

We have updated the catering menu with new additions and options for all of your catering needs! You can find the menu online at https://stlawrencecatering.catertrax.com/  to place your order. 

While cheering on our beloved Saints at Leckonby Stadium and in Appleton this year, stop by our concessions for some great food!
