GLUTEN FRIENDLY MENU – DANA DINING HALL
If you need additional assistance in selecting options for a preferred gluten free diet, below are some of our gluten friendly options from our standard menu. We also have pans and utensils dedicated to gluten friendly preparation; they can be identified by the color purple in our “Gluten Friendly Zone”.

St. Lawrence University Dining Services makes every attempt to identify ingredients which might cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. There is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change or substitute at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
St. Lawrence University Dining Services will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at any University establishments. Students/customers with food allergies are encouraged to contact Dining Services at St. Lawrence University for additional information and/or support.

Gluten Free and Gluten Friendly Dining on Campus
Spartacus Café has a gluten-free main menu. All other locations listed below are gluten friendly and offer options made without gluten-containing ingredients in shared dining environments.

Gluten-free rice and/or a gluten-free grain, vegetables and soup are available

Northstar Café
A dedicated gluten-free station and menu that offers both hot and cold food options.
Retail store sells gluten free groceries. Don’t find what you would like? Leave a napkin note!
Spartacus Café
The main menu is gluten-free. Some packaged items contain gluten and are kept separate from the kitchen.
Johnson Grab and Go and Time Out Cafe
Gluten friendly
Gluten-free soups are often available, along with gluten-free salads. Check the daily selections. Gluten-free sandwiches can be preordered the day before.
Pub 56
Gluten friendly
Pub 56 has a gluten-friendly kitchen, with options including wings, flat breads and fries.
