As is tradition, Laurentians are welcome to bring a RV or Camper to Laurentian Weekend. To meet demand and provide a full picture of usage to necessary campus partners, you will complete official registration information for your vehicle when you register for the weekend.

The registration fee for the weekend is $150. If you do not pre-register your RV/Camper prior to the online pre-registration closed date and show up to the weekend with one, on-site registration will be $250. Security staff will be present during arrival times to help with parking and porta-potties will be available in addition to surrounding indoor restroom facilities. A reminder that there are no hookups available.

The earliest you can arrive and park is Thursday, October 1 at 12:00 p.m. Instructions on parking assignments will be communicated as the event draws closer. Check-In for the RV/Camper lots will close at 9:00 p.m. each night. Please be sure to bring a copy of your RV/Camper registration to present to our Safety & Security staff upon arrival to RV/Camper lot.

RV Village is a cherished tradition in the Laurentian community. So that the village environment is an enjoyable one for all, please follow these community ordinances:

• Check-in and parking for the lot begins on Thursday, October 1 at 12:00 p.m. Check-in ends at 9:00 p.m. each night.
• Follow the instructions of the parking attendants on where to park.
• Properly dispose of trash in provided receptacles and recycle when available.
• Fires are only allowed in contained pits or stoves. Handle fires with caution to avoid danger to yourself or others.
• Do not damage or alter RV Village property including trees, fields, or facilities.
• Park cars in designated areas and ensure they do not encroach on other RV sites or lot entrances/exits. Additional car parking is available in Lot D or the Appleton gravel lot.
• Be mindful of your placement and operation of generators (so that they do not disturb neighboring RVs)
• Quiet hours of RV Village are from 11:30 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. – please turn off outside lights on RVs as well during this time period.
• Treat fellow RV village staff and guests with respect.

Additional Notes:

A reminder that official Weekend check-in begins at 11:00 a.m. in the Sullivan Student Center on Friday, October 2. If you arrive Thursday, have fun settling into the Village and we will see you Friday so you can receive your nametag and other weekend goodies.

We recognize that there will be various styles of RVs with us. Porta Potties will be available in the Village and shower facilities can be accessed in Augsbury (Locker Room 32 for men and Locker Room 115 for women). A reminder that there are no hookups available. Please review our RV Village Ordinances for other notes on keeping RV Village enjoyable for all.

Student parking will re-open in J-lot on Sunday, October 4. 

Ample parking is available throughout campus. Please avoid parking in designated Admissions spots in E Lot, with RV parking in J Lot. A reminder that the Brewer Bookstore parking lot is for Bookstore customers only.

Fully recognizing that every individual’s situation is in flux, St. Lawrence’s goal is to make it easier for you to attend our Laurentian Events. As a result, we have implemented a risk-free registration policy during these uncertain times.

Refund Policy: Deadline to request a full refund or transfer your registration to a gift to the St. Lawrence Fund is the date and start time of the event. Cancelations for Laurentian Weekend 2026 must be received by 11:00 a.m. ET on October 2, 2026 and will be accepted in writing only. No-shows for the event will not receive a refund. Please send your cancellations to sluevents@stlawu.edu.

Current St. Lawrence students do not need to be registered for Laurentian Weekend in order to attend events, including all athletic events. Students will be required to show their Student ID for free admission at Leckonby Stadium for the football game and at Appleton Arena for the two men's hockey games. 

The 2026 Dining Information is below for your reference. Saturday afternoon's Scarlet & Brown BBQ from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and is included in the weekend registration fee (weekend wristband required for guests, students will swipe their ID cards). 

Our Dining Services team welcomes families to enjoy Dana To-Go meals throughout the weekend.  Please note, these hours may be subject to change. This includes:
• Friday: Lunch 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. | Lighter Fare 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Dinner 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 
• Saturday: Continental Breakfast 7:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. | Lunch 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. | Lighter Fare 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Dinner 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
• Sunday: Breakfast 7:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. | Brunch 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Dana remains open between meal periods for beverages and light fare.

Guests in need of using a restroom are welcome to use campus buildings except Residence Halls.  Restrooms will be available in the Student Center, Augsbury and Newell, with porta-potties also outside the Brewer Bookstore.

The University reminds Laurentian Weekend guests that St. Lawrence is governed by New York State alcohol consumption laws. The state legal drinking age is 21. The University alcohol policy applies to students, faculty, staff, and guests of the University. It prohibits consumption of alcoholic beverages at public events including, but not limited to, films, lectures, athletic contests, and performances.
