Laurentians feel at home at Gunnison Memorial Chapel; it is where our community goes in moments of excitement, sadness, and reflection. Join Rev. Shaun Whitehead on a tour of our beloved stained-glass windows and learn the historical significance etched into each pane. Join when you can, leave when you must!

Join the 2026 Internship Fellowship award recipients to learn about the amazing work they completed this past summer! As part of Laurentian Weekend, students will be available to share their experiences from how they found/secured the internship to the value they took away from the experience. Come to pick their brains and gain contacts for your own potential internship opportunities!

3:00 – 5:30 p.m. | Laurentian Scholars Presentation & Honors Reception

St. Lawrence University Fellowship recipients, McNair, CSTEP, and Tanner Fellows as well as O’Brien winners will be available on Friday afternoon to share stories of their research experiences from an 8-week summer research project. Students will be available to describe their projects and answer any questions. These presentations will highlight original work completed under faculty mentorship and reflect the depth of learning and exploration students achieve during their summer research experience. The reception will be from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. and will celebrate the students who participated in these fellowships.

Join us for a Friday afternoon tradition! Pet some pups and enjoy casual conversation with the faculty and staff volunteers who have made this event a beloved part of the St. Lawrence student experience. Families are welcome to bring their dogs, too! (Please keep pets leashed while at the event.)

Come join the Common Ground Connections Club, I-House and other clubs and organizations for a delightful dinner together as a Laurentian family. There will be several different foods to try (for example, Indian Express and Sergi’s). Feel free to bring something to share with others if you are able.

Cheer on the Saints in their home opener as they faceoff against Maryville University.

Cheer on the Saints under the lights at Leckonby Stadium as they battle the Union College Chargers.

The Admissions Office and Financial Aid Office welcome and prospective students, their families, and guests to join our admissions counselors for a 45-minute information session followed by a student led campus tour. This visit will count towards our Visit Award Grant of $1,000/year.

Java Barn
Java Barn is happy to announce their eighth annual Melon Fest, a festival full of melons, music, dancing, love, art, fun, and more melons! The Java Barn welcomes students, parents, alums, families, and everyone in between. Outside the Java venue from 4-6 pm, student bands and the Boyden Brook Band will be performing. Come back for the traditional Java show at 10 p.m. featuring Professor Louie and the Crowmatix!
