LIFETIME GIVING RECOGNITION

Cornerstone Society

The Cornerstone Society honors individuals whose lifetime commitment to St. Lawrence totals $500,000 and above. The University finds it helpful to celebrate leadership philanthropy and the example it sets. Cornerstone Society members have made generous gifts during their lifetime and/or through their estates. The University greatly appreciates these examples of exceptional philanthropy.

Laurentian Leadership Society

In recognition of alumni, parents and friends whose lifetime commitment to St. Lawrence totals $100,000 and above.

ANNUAL GIVING RECOGNITION

The 1856 Leadership Society

In recognition of Laurentians whose annual commitment to St. Lawrence totals $2,500* and above.

Members of the 1856 Leadership Society will be extended the following courtesies:

  • Enhanced communication from the President and other senior leaders of the University
  • Invitation to special presidential receptions
  • Acknowledgement in leadership donor listings
  • Advanced registration to Laurentian travel experiences

* $1,000+ for Young Alumni. Young alumni include anyone who has graduated in the last 10 years (Class Years 2016-2025 for FY26).

Sustaining Saints

In recognition of alumni, parents, and friends who have given consecutively for at least three years*.

Sustaining Saints will be extended the following courtesies:

  • Special distinction in donor listings

*For Fiscal Year 2026, the class of 2024 are granted Sustaining Saint status if they've give every year since graduation (two-year minimum).

Scarlet & Brown Club

The Scarlet & Brown Club generates important funding for athletic leadership and coaches to enhance the
student-athlete experience for current and future Saints. All gifts to Saints Athletics totaling $2,500* or more (one-time gifts or cumulative) will qualify for a Scarlet & Brown Club membership in a fiscal year.
