Supporting student scholarships through the St. Lawrence Fund Scholars Program gives students the resources to realize their academic potential—and achieve their goals and dreams. 

It is essential that St. Lawrence continues to be responsive to the financial aid needs of our Laurentian families and that St. Lawrence remains as competitive as possible in recruiting the best and brightest students.

Establishing a St. Lawrence Fund Scholarship

Regardless of background, we know that Every Laurentian arrives in Canton with different needs. With a gift of $2,500 or more, you have the opportunity to have an unrestricted scholarship named in your honor that will help a current student achieve their educational goals and dreams. In the fall semester after you make your gift, St. Lawrence will award your scholarship to a student who demonstrates financial need. We will inform you of the recipient of your scholarship and will encourage your student to be in touch with you directly to show their appreciation.

While a single year scholarship will help a current student, consider a 4-year pledge ($10,000 total) to support a student through their entire St. Lawrence University career. We will do our best to match you with the same student throughout their St. Lawrence experience.
