Pre-Vet Course Plan

Pre-Vet Course Plan

This is a general course plan for students interested in attending veterinary school and who are completing a Biology major. (Pre-vet students could also complete other majors such as biochemistry or neuroscience). This plan must be personalized for you through discussions with your advisor, allowing for situations like study abroad AND taking into consideration the unique pre-requisites of the specific programs to which you plan to apply.  (For example, some programs require calculus, many do not.) The most common pre-vet prerequisites are italicized; other listed courses are biology major and general graduation requirements.
