Application for SLU students to shadow at North Star Health Alliance

SLU students interested in shadowing at North Star Health Alliance (NSHA) need to complete the NSHA Student Application. This application consists of general personal information, as well as other more specific information and requirements including a physical exam and submission of vaccination records.

You can confirm that your application is complete by checking in with Dr. Kring (jkring@stlawu.edu).

*You can submit an incomplete application and gather the missing pieces in order to complete it (which you would then email to Jenny Crandall at NSHA).  This is less ideal than fully completing the application at one time.
