Student Health Insurance
The plan administrator for SHIP during the calendar year 2026-2027 will be UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and the annual premium for all students will be $2,406 or $1,203 per semester.
The SHIP plan for 2026-2027 will be fully compliant with the Affordable Care Act and provide coverage for the period 8/1/26 - 7/31/27. All full-time matriculated students enrolled at St. Lawrence University are required to enroll in the St. Lawrence Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) OR provide proof of alternative insurance coverage through a comparable plan.
