The Wellness Education Office directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of all university-wide, evidence-based initiatives that address student mental/physical health and well-being issues to promote student success including, but not limited to, the development of effective outreach and peer initiatives.
We focus on holistic student wellness, which includes physical, mental and emotional, and spiritual health. Our office promotes collective health and wellness on campus while identifying new wellness opportunities for the St. Lawrence community
Empowering Students
From stress reduction and resilience to sleep and nutrition tips, the Wellness Education team empowers students to practice self-care, tune into their needs, and employ tools and strategies to improve their mental health, physical health, and overall well-being.

A Team Effort
The Wellness Education office works collaboratively with several campus departments, including Health and Counseling Services, Diversity and Inclusion, Athletics, and the Outdoor Program to support student wellness. Initiatives have included The World Needs You Here Week in September and an afternoon of events to commemorate World Mental Health Day in October, and an entire week focused on stress reduction in November.
