Alumni Executive Council Student Delegates

The Alumni Executive Council (AEC) promotes the mission of the University through programming that enhances St. Lawrence's reputation, strengthens connections between generations, and leverages the power of our alumni network to benefit every Laurentian.

The Council is looking for current first-years, sophomores or juniors to be considered for this position for 2026-27.

Expectations of a Student Delegate:

• Your one-year commitment of service includes a summer planning retreat (June 4-7) in-person at the Canaras Conference Center in Saranac Lake, NY, two on-campus meetings (Dates TBD), and other conference calls in between.  Your class schedule and co-curricular commitments come first, of course, but when available, it is expected you will attend!

• Actively serve on one of the Alumni Council’s standing committees which include Faculty Engagement, Laurentian Engagement, Finance & Resources, and Student Services.

• Serve as a student voice to the Alumni Council, providing updates at meetings about campus culture and news.

• Be an ambassador of the University on- and off-campus.
