    The Princeton Review Recognizes St. Lawrence for Stellar Student Government, Science Facilities, and Leadership

    St. Lawrence University was named to The Princeton Review’s “Best 388 Colleges” list for 2023. Based on results from student surveys, the popular rankings publication also recognized several stand-out aspects of co-curricular and academic life.

    St. Lawrence Welcomes Class of 2026

    The Class of 2026 are leaders in and out of the classroom. They’re artists and performers, entrepreneurs, athletes, and advocates. Even before they matriculated on August 21, 2022, they set the bar high for future Laurentians. They came to St. Lawrence with a cumulative four-year GPA of 92.3—a record for an incoming class.

    At first glance, an art and art history major and a geology minor may not seem like the most obvious combination. For Michael Yirenkyi ’22, they’re a perfect match. In his geology classes, he learned how to ask critical questions. In art and art history, he imagined creative answers. Four years of exploring, creating, and embracing new perspectives lead him to his greatest passion yet–architecture.
