We offer a $1,000 Visit Award to any prospective student who completes an official visit to our campus by no later than December 1 (Early Action applicants) or February 2 (Early Decision or Regular Decision applicants) of their senior year. Transfer applicants who complete an official visit before their application deadline (November 3 for spring and March 2 for fall) are also eligible for this award.
Like most St. Lawrence scholarships, this award is renewable annually for four years, totaling $4,000. Schedule a Visit
What to Know About the Visit Award
The best way to know if St. Lawrence is the place for you is to experience our community for yourself. That’s why visiting is such a critical part of the college search process, and we want to recognize you for doing your research and coming to see what we're all about.
Eligibility
You’re eligible for the Visit Award if you're a current high school student who will be entering St. Lawrence University as a first-year student in the fall of 2026, 2027, or 2028.
Current college students who are considering transferring to St. Lawrence are also eligible.
Regardless of when you plan to enter St. Lawrence, you must attend an official tour or Visit Day before your chosen application deadline to qualify for this award. Visits or tours must be scheduled through the Office of Admissions. Self-guided or unofficial tours and visits will not count.
Application Deadlines
- Early Action: December 1
- Early Decision: Between Nov. 1 and Feb. 2
- Regular Decision: Feb. 2
- Spring 2026 Transfer: Nov. 3
- Fall 2026 Transfer: March 2

Attending one of the upcoming Visit Days will qualify you for our Visit Award:

Join us for a personalized tour of campus with one of our friendly Admissions Ambassadors—current students who are eager to answer all of your questions and learn more about your interests so they can help you see yourself in our community.
You'll earn the Visit Award as long as you complete your official St. Lawrence tour before your chosen application deadline.
