The rate is one flat fee of $100 per person (children stay free) no matter when you arrive on campus for the weekend. Bed linens, a towel, a pillow, and a blanket are provided. Remember that these are residence halls and we encourage you to pack your comforts from home, such as:

Off-campus lodging availability is limited and arrangements should be made independently.
Alumni are welcome to bring RVs to campus during Reunion Weekend 2026. There is no cost to bring an RV.
RVs are traditionally allowed to park in J lot. Based on demand, additional parking is available adjacent to Appleton Arena. Please know that there are no electrical hookups.
Guests who register individually are traditionally given their own room.
If you want to room with someone: Happy to help! Whether it’s a double or triple, we ask that you complete one registration form together. This way, our housing coordinator will know to put you in the same room.
All housing is processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your accommodations for the weekend will be with classmates from your milestone year. Individual guests are placed in rooms by themselves.
If you want to room with someone: Happy to help! Whether it’s a double or triple, we ask that you complete one registration form together. This way, our housing coordinator will know to put you in the same room.
If you want to be near someone in your milestone/affinity dorm: Please coordinate your registration time so that you’re close together. Our housing coordinator places guests as registrations come in, so your odds are greatest when submitting at/near the same time. With approximately 1,000 Laurentians expected on campus, we are not able to process block housing requests nor adjust housing after the fact. We appreciate your understanding as we look to maximize campus space for all.
Family housing is available for those bringing children. Housing in Greek, Theme, or Townhouse facilities is not available during Reunion Weekend 2026.
Children are welcome to come to campus and there are general activities during the day that would be enjoyed by these age groups. However, we will not be providing formal childcare services for Reunion 2026.
For older children who may be approaching the college search process, information on Admissions tours and interviews can be found here: https://www.stlawu.edu/admissions/visit-us
Pack for all types of North Country weather. Class receptions, dinners and presidential events are typically business casual attire (blazers, khakis, button-down shirts, skirts, and dresses, etc.). The remainder of the weekend is more casual.
We are sorry, but no pets are allowed on campus. Please make alternate arrangements.
Curious who's registered to attend? Our "Who's Attending Reunion?" page will go live once registration opens.
