Alumni are welcome to bring RVs to campus. As this has become an increasingly popular option, a separate RV registration form will be required for those utilizing this accommodation option for Reunion Weekend 2023. There is no cost to bring an RV. Please email us at reunion@stlawu.edu if you will be bringing an RV so we may send you a RV registration form.

RVs are traditionally allowed to park in J lot. Based on demand, additional parking is available adjacent to Appleton Arena. Please know that there are no electrical hookups.

Registration information will officially open in the spring. More information will appear in the weeks ahead. Please email us at reunion@stlawu.edu for questions regarding Reunion Weekend registration.

We recognize that you may be eager to come back to campus because of a cancelled in-person celebration. If you are not in a milestone reunion class and would like information on registration, please contact the Office of Laurentian Engagement at 1-888-758-4438 or reunion@stlawu.edu.

For older children who may be approaching the college search process, information on Admissions tours and interviews can be found here: https://www.stlawu.edu/admissions/visit-us

Yes. Please indicate on your registration form if you have special dietary requirements. Note that a vegetarian option is available at each meal.

Pack for all types of North Country weather. Class receptions, dinners and presidential events are typically business casual attire (blazers, khakis, button-down shirts, skirts, and dresses, etc.). The remainder of the weekend is more casual.

On campus housing is available for all Reunion guests and on campus guests are housed in the same residential facility as those from their celebrating class or milestone. The rate is one flat fee of $75 per person (children stay free) no matter when you arrive on campus for the weekend. The housing fees are built into the listed prices on the registration forms, so you will not see a separate line charge for housing on your forms. Bed linens, a towel, a pillow, and a blanket are provided. Remember that these are residence halls and we encourage you to pack your comforts from home, such as:
•  alarm clock
•  blow dryer
•  hangers
•  hand mirror
•  small reading light
•  shampoo and conditioner, etc.
•  extra blanket and/or pillow

A limited number of family suites are available to those alumni who will be returning to campus with children. Each suite includes a kitchenette, common/living area, bathroom and multiple twin beds.

Housing is not available in current theme or Greek houses.

Off-campus lodging availability is limited and arrangements should be made independently. A list of regional accommodations can be viewed here: https://www.stlawu.edu/about/regional-accommodations.

All housing is processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your accommodations for the weekend will be with classmates from your milestone year. Individual guests are placed in rooms by themselves.

You must register all guests and roommates on one form in order for our staff to house everyone in your party together. Requests for roommates, or to be near a group of people, are made by registering everyone on the same form. Due to the high volume of registrations and on-campus housing needs, we are unable to accommodate large group requests unless everyone registers on the same form or at the same time. Housing requests for individuals who have yet to register will not be processed.

Family housing is available for those bringing children. Housing in Greek, Theme, or Townhouse facilities is not available during Reunion Weekend 2023.

Guests who register individually are traditionally given their own room. If you are interested in having a specific individual be your roommate for the weekend, we ask that one person in the party complete the registration form and indicate the roommate as the guest of your party.

We are sorry, but no pets are allowed on campus. Please make alternate arrangements.

St. Lawrence reserves event space, entertainment, and catering services in advance. Refunds will be granted at 100% of your total cash costs for cancellations made prior to Monday, May 27th, 2023. From May 27th - 30th, cancellation refunds will be issued at 50% of your total registration costs. After May 30th, no refunds will be issued.

If you have a refund circumstance to discuss, please contact reunion@stlawu.edu with your information.

If you cannot attend Reunion Weekend due to personal COVID-related concerns, full refunds will be issued. Reimbursements will be made after Reunion Weekend.

The goal throughout Reunion Weekend 2023 will be to maintain the safety of our alumni, guests, staff, and student workers. This year, we are back to a more normal way of operating. Masking on campus is optional and based on each person's choice and comfort level.

During Reunion Weekend 2023
• Registration will have masks and hand sanitizer available.
• Indoor events will have masks available at the entrances.

We recognize that returning guests may have varying comfortability levels. As a Laurentian Community, we ask you to respect those who wish to remain masked during the weekend or at events where social distancing is harder to maintain. As noted we will look to have safety supplies (masks and hand sanitizer) available for personal use throughout the weekend.

These current guidelines are subject to change and may be influenced by State, local, and University expectations at the time of the event. Heightened expectations would be communicated via email to all registered guests and will also be noted here. Please check back closer to the event for any updates.
