Diversity Advocates

St. Lawrence University is committed to fostering a diverse faculty and staff. One way to accomplish this is through the Diversity Advocacy Program. Diversity Advocates are trained faculty or staff members who serve on search committees and work to increase the diversity of candidate pools and ensure equitable search processes and practices.
