    The town of Colton's Department of Public Works Supervisor Darren Richards spoke to sophomore seminar students about municipal planning and environmental engineering at the downtown facility. Sophomore seminar students regularly engage with the community, tackle hands-on projects together, and participate in mentoring activities. Richards is a St. Lawrence alum, parent, and former staff member.
