The Peace Corps Prep Certificate Program, which started in the Fall of 2021, now has its first cohort of participants after twelve students were selected for the program. Students must apply and interview for a slot in the program and those selected for the program range from first-year to senior students. The program’s coordinator, Robin Rhodes, corded the first two seniors at the CIIS area studies/PCP ceremony on May 4, 2022. Western Azaert and Emily Mierek were corded and are the first SLU students to complete the PCP certificate program.
