Join the CITA Learning Community on “The Sustainable Academic Life” for three lunchtime conversations this fall.
Our working lives are sustainable when the rest we get at the end of the day is at least enough to prepare us for the next day. Too often, we run a deficit, overworking ourselves in the hope that we can catch up during the next break.
These sessions will bring together colleagues from across campus to discuss challenges to finding a sustainable balance, including how we can support one another, responsibly reduce our workloads, and improve our institution.
September 11, October 9, and November 6
12:00–1:00 p.m.
Dean Eaton Lounge
Lunch will be provided at each session. A few spots are still available. If you are interested in joining, please contact Jeff Maynes at jmaynes@stlawu.edu.
