About

Counseling Services:

Due to continued concerns around COVID-19, we will be offering counseling services via Zoom this semester. We can provide counseling services for students that are matriculated and residing on campus or learning remotely in New York State. If you are learning remotely outside of New York State, we can provide an initial consultation to determine continued services through our center, or we will provide referrals to local providers in your state.

Scheduling a counseling appointment

If you would like to talk with a counselor, you can schedule an appointment by calling 315-229-5392 between the hours of 8:30-4:30 Mon. - Fri..

We are pleased to offer some scheduled appointments in the evening to help you access services with greater flexibility.

If you are experiencing a mental health concern that requires a same day appointment, urgent appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
