Give Permission to View a Shared Calendar in Outlook
New Outlook for Windows
- Open Outlook.
- On the left side of the screen, click the Calendar icon.
- On the left side, click the three dots next to the calendar you would like to share. The calendar will show underneath an email address.
- Click Sharing and Permissions.
- Enter the email address of the user you would like to share your calendar with.
- Select which details of the calendar they can view from the drop-down menu.
- Click Share.
Outlook for Web
- Navigate to outlook.office.com and sign in.
- Click the Calendar icon on the left side of the screen.
- Under My Calendars, right click on the calendar you would like to share. (You may need to first click on My Calendars to expand the list.)
- Click Sharing and Permissions.
- Enter the email address of the user you would like to share your calendar with.
- Select which details of the calendar they can view from the drop-down menu.
- Click Share.
