Mac OS Instructions Open the App Store on your Mac. Download and Install "Windows App". Open the Windows App. When asked for access to Bluetooth, Camera, and Microphone, click Allow. At the top of the window, click Workspaces. On the top left, click the + button and click Add Workspace. In the workspace URL field, type in "remote.stlawu.edu". Overview Most devices will save or "remember" previous wi-fi networks that you have connected to in the past. This will also save the settings that were used at the time you connected. However, if the settings of the network change, your device's version of those settings may no longer match, which can cause issues when trying to reconnect. One way to resolve this is to delete or "forget" these wi-fi networks from your device, and re-add them again. This article will show you how to forget saved wi-fi networks. Open the control panel Click on “Mail (32 bit)” Click “Add” Type in a name for the new mail profile and click “Ok” Click “Next” then “Finish” for the Add new account box that pops up Confirm that “Always use this profile is checked” On the dropdown menu, select the new profile that you just created.
