Open the control panel Click on “Mail (32 bit)” Click “Add” Type in a name for the new mail profile and click “Ok” Click “Next” then “Finish” for the Add new account box that pops up Confirm that “Always use this profile is checked” On the dropdown menu, select the new profile that you just created.
