View a Shared Email Account in Webmail

Overview You are able to view shared inboxes in the Webmail client in addition to just your personal email. Here's how to do it: Instructions Go to https://outlook.office.com On the top right of the page, click on the Account icon (the icon that looks like a person). Click "Open another mailbox...". In the box that appears, type the name of the shared email account. When you see the name of the account appear, click on it. Click "Open".
