ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON CAMPUS SECURITY HELD VIA TEAMS
ON FRIDAY, April 3, 2025, STARTING AT 800 A.M.

Approval of the Minutes: Minutes from March 6th, 2026 – Nick Ormasen made a motion to approve, Mary Charleston & Alana Belkevich Seconded motion, all other members concurred

New Business:
Spring Fest Security Protocols – Alyse will meet Pat to go over them as this is her first time doing this
Ceyda Kartal – Completed inspections for 23 buildings right now and have 28 more to so. Hoping to complete it by April 17th. More detailed than in past years. Inspector looking into whether classrooms need to be closed all the time or not.
Suna Stone – For next meeting discussion put in place holder for Pesticide application plan as well as integrated pest management plan

Future Meetings: The Safety Committee meetings will continue to be the first Friday of the month starting in October from 8:00-9:00 a.m.: 5/1/2026 and 6/5/2026.
