Community Gospel Choir
Our Mission
We are a volunteer, non-auditioned Gospel Choir. The Community Gospel Choir along with our Gospel Band provides music for the SLU Chapel Service on Sundays at 4:00 pm.
Spring 2025 semester schedule for worship:
Sunday, February 2nd / Sunday, March 2nd /Sunday, April 6th AND…Sunday, April 20th (Easter Sunday) and Sunday, April 27th (Final Service)
We also sing at events on campus and in the community. Choir rehearsal is on Fridays, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., in Gunnison Memorial Chapel.
We are a multi-cultural, multi-racial and multi-faith Gospel Choir. Our membership includes the St. Lawrence University community, neighboring colleges, and community persons. As an inclusive, welcoming, and diverse community, we sing songs of unity, hope, love, and reconciliation.
