University Travel – Christopherson Business Travel

In collaboration with other New York Six institutions, St. Lawrence University has partnered with Christopherson Business Travel to support and assist faculty and staff traveling on University business. Christopherson offers a full range of travel services, including 24/7 support, online booking, and group travel coordination.

  • Online booking tool for domestic and international travel
  • Assistance with individual and group travel
  • Booking support for airfare, lodging, and ground transportation
  • Support for stranded or delayed travelers
  • Access to AirPortal with secure profile management

Getting Started: Create Your Travel Profile

All users must complete their travel profile before booking.

In your profile, you can store:

  • Travel preferences, reward program details, and passport info
  • Your name must match your government-issued ID exactly
  • Each profile requires a unique email address

Once submitted, you’ll receive an email from AirPortal with a link to access your account.

To access AirPortal later, go to the University Travel page and select “Christopherson Business Travel.” Log in with your SLU username and password.

Do I have to use Christopherson for university travel?
No, use is not required—but it is strongly encouraged due to the value, convenience, and support they provide.

Can I still use my airline/hotel points?
Yes! Your personal loyalty programs can be added to your travel profile and used for bookings.

Can I book group travel?
