    Class of 2020 Celebrated at Commencement

    ​​​​​​​It was 442 days in the making, but members of St. Lawrence University’s Class of 2020 were finally able to come back together for the first time since March 2020 for their long-awaited commencement ceremony. ​​​​​​​More than 350 graduates returned to campus for the ceremony held on Sunday, August 1, in Newell Field House, with nearly 1,000 people in attendance.

Members of St. Lawrence’s Class of 2020 entered a rapidly-shifting world after graduating during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic in May 2020.     First Person: A Recipe for Cultural Exchange

    Physics Majors Present Senior Research

    The pandemic made academic life difficult, but these seniors preserved. Timothy Cunningham and Anna Foster presented the results of their research at the end of the Fall 2020 semester, and Ben Kelty, McKailey Lyndaker, and Matthew Parent presented at the end of the Spring 2021 semester.

    Student-Athletes Earn Academic Accolades

    Over the last month, several athletic teams were recognized for their academic achievements including women's lacrosse, men's hockey, women's hockey, volleyball, men's golf, and women's golf.
