At St. Lawrence, faculty, staff, and alumni use a common refrain when talking with current students about preparing for a rewarding career—“it’s never too early to start.” The Sophomore Career Boot Camp, offered through the Career Connections office, is just one initiative that supports this philosophy.
The St. Lawrence Sophomore Success Initiative offers sophomores a variety of resources—including sophomore seminars featuring intensive mentoring and a calendar of events designed to allow sophomores to connect to services and programs across campus—to aid them in exploring their interests, building a network and designing a plan for success. We also sponsor an exciting range of summer projects----(here are this year's!) through the Saints Start Challenge Grant program.
