May 30 -- required forms for housing placement due in your application status page

 

June 1 -- Summer Newsletter series starts up. More information on June, July and August to come.

late June/early July -- Housing and First-Year Program college placement announced; students accepted for Pre-Orientation trips will be notified

 

early July -- fall tuition bills available; for questions please contact Student Financial Services at 315.229.5581.

mid-July -- coaches contact athletes planning to participate in fall intercollegiate sports with information about the pre-season, including approved early move-in date and time (where applicable)

July 15 - Pre-Trip participation confirmation (fee and waiver) due in your application status page . For more information go to Outdoor Program Pre-Trips

July 20 -- Health Forms due in your application status page (a $50 fee is applied to late forms)

July 10-21 -- Summer Advising begins for fall course registration

July 24 -- Course Registration opens in APR2 for FY students at 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time until July 26 at 11:00 p.m. (EST); registration will be closed July 27 and reopen for lab registration for biology, chemistry, and other introductory-level science courses on August __ (TBD) at 12 noon Eastern Standard Time and remain open until August 21.

 

early August -- some fall athletic teams arrive on campus (check with your coach for more information)

August (TBD) -- 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time APR reopens for Lab Registration in biology, chemistry, and other courses with labs. More info on Lab Registration.

August 15 -- International FY students arrive on campus; more information on arrival date and International Student Orientation.

August 16 -- Students accepted for Pre-Orientation trips arrive on campus. Check your email for more information.

August 16-19 -- International Student Orientation. More information at International Student Services.

August 17 -- Arrival day of New Canadian students.

August 20 -- Move-In Day (a notification from the Residence Life office will be sent to your SLU email in August regarding your assigned arrival day/time), Matriculation, and the first day of New Student Orientation! All First-Year and new transfer students should arrive on campus and move into their residence halls; international students, and some fall sport athletes will have already arrived. Student Orientation runs 3 full days from August 20-22. 

August 22 -- FYP classes meet for the first day in their classroom

August 23 -- All other fall classes begin
