Women in Economics

Women in Economics is a student organization that aims to increase the representation of women in economics and to create an inclusive educational environment, while providing opportunities for personal and professional development for all. 

Our mission is to:

1. Foster and encourage skill development through seminars and workshops.
2. Create a network of current economics students and alumni to build an environment of mentorship.  
3. Host inclusive and engaging events catered towards St. Lawrence and the broader community.  
4. Provide students with resources and opportunities to acquire essential economic literacy. 

Meetings are held in person on Wednesdays at 7pm in Hepburn 112. Contact Helen Hume for more information.  All are welcome.
