Call for Proposals

The Arts Collaborative Committee works to bring artistic events and activities to the St. Lawrence community to help integrate arts programming into courses and co-curricular activities. We invite proposals that explore the role of the arts across the curriculum from any individual, department, or program.

We will consider proposals for events to occur in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 for up to $12,000.

While we anticipate proposals involving guest artists, proposals involving presentations or performances by SLU faculty and staff are also welcome, and interdisciplinary collaboration is encouraged.  Student-sponsored events must include a faculty or staff coordinator.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 23, 2026.

To submit a proposal, please use this form.

2.  Willingness of the artist(s) to participate in a short campus residency, including class visits, workshops, or related activities.
3.  Commitment from the proposer to serve as residency coordinator, in collaboration with Tori Lampett  and the Arts Collaborative Committee.
4. Distinctiveness of the event's theme and style compared to Arts Collaborative events funded within the past two years.
