Event Setup

Event support consists of four general laborers who are responsible for:

• Event setups on campus and some off campus events
• Building cleaning
• Reporting damages and ordering supplies

Canaras Conference Center consists of one caretaker who is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings and the upkeep of equipment including a tractor, truck, and boats.

Buildings: 48 park, 84 Park, Wachtmeister Field Station, Waddington Boat House and spring/fall projects at Canaras



Quick Facts:

• In one year the general laborers did over 2,000 event setups
• The Canaras caretaker takes care of 30 buildings, 9 boats, 5 sailboats,7 kayaks and 6 canoes
