Active learning has been shown to significantly improve student engagement and learning outcomes, but implementing these strategies can feel challenging in large or lecture-based courses. This workshop, hosted by the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Assessment, explores practical ways to integrate active learning into instructional settings that don’t always lend themselves to small-group work.
