Polycom Conference Call

Overview

This article explains how to add multiple participants to a phone call on a Polycom telephone.

Add Participants

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Call one of your participants
  3. Once you are connected to a participant, select the Menu Button on the phone display
  4. Navigate to Add Others in the menu by using the up/down arrows to the right of the display
  5. Press the Select Button below the display
  6. Enter a phone number or contact and select Add
  7. To add additional participants, repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.
