Overview
There are two types of phones provided:
- NEC
- Polycom
A user should check which type they have before moving to the next step.
For NEC Phones
- Dial the number
- For on-campus calls, dial 4-digit extension
- For off-campus calls, dial 81 followed by the 10-digit number
For Polycom Phones
- Dial the number
- For on-campus calls, dial 4-digit extension
- For off-campus calls, dial 10-digit number
