Make a Phone Call with Skype for Business

Windows Instructions

1. In the Skype for Business app, click on the Phone button (the button that looks like a dial pad).
2. Using the dial pad, or with your keyboard, type in the phone number you are trying to reach.
3. Click the Call button.
   • ​​​​​​​If a Windows Defender pop up appears, click Allow Access.
4. Your call will begin. When you are ready to hang up, click the red Hang Up button.

Mac Instructions

1. In the Skype for Business app, click on the Calls button on the left.
2. Using the dial pad, or with your keyboard, type in the phone number you are trying to reach.
3. Click the Call button.
4. Your call will begin. When you are ready to hang up, click the red Hang Up button.

Mobile Instructions

1. In the Skype for Business app, tap on the Phone button at the top (the button that looks like a dial pad).
2. Type in the number you are trying to reach.
3. Tap the blue Call button.
4. Your call will begin. When you are ready to hang up, tap the red Hang Up button.
