What is the Problem? Under certain circumstances, a Polycom phone may only ring once for an incoming call. This is caused by the Ring Splash feature. Ring Splash is designed to ring only once while a call is inbound. Changing the Ring Type will enable the phone to ring for the full duration. Resolution On your Polycom Phone, press the Home button.
