    “Sustaining Saints” is our giving society that recognizes Laurentians who make consecutive annual gifts to the University for at least three years (or, for our newest alums, each of two years after graduation). Lynda Croker Moran ’69 and Bob Moran ’69 of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, have made annual gifts every year since graduation. Here, in Lynda’s words, are some highlights from her life as a Laurentian.

  2. Rocking a New Space for Geology Majors

    A major gift from Doug E. O’Brien ’75 and Kathryn K. O’Brien ’76 will transform the Geology Majors Room, which serves as an important central hub for geology students’ educational and social activities, alumni networking events, and academic work. The new space will be named the Dr. J. Mark Erickson Geology Majors Room in honor of their former professor, mentor, and friend.

    Dan Look is well aware he doesn’t present like a typical math professor. But that observation has roots in the stereotypes about the discipline and those who study it that the Rutherford Professor of Mathematics, through his dynamic personal and pedagogical style, seeks to undo.    

  4. Retirement Goal in Sight for Durocher After a Championship Career

    Senior Associate Vice President for Athletics Bob Durocher M’94, P’13 is retiring after nine years leading the Athletics Department and a  35-year career with Saints Athletics. He will remain in the position until a successor is selected after a national search.
