Steering Committee and Working Groups
Steering Committee and Working Groups
Seven working groups have been established, each composed of experienced individuals from across all divisions of the campus. Some members bring valuable insights from participating in the previous self-study, while others contribute fresh perspectives to the process. Each of the seven groups consists of 4–5 members, including both faculty and staff, and is led by two co-chairs. A trustee liaison has been appointed to maintain consistent communication with the Board of Trustees throughout the process. Additionally, the Director of Institutional Research is serving as a resource person and is actively collaborating with all the working groups. Student involvement is another key component, with participation through Thelmo representatives, focus groups, and Middle States student ambassadors.
