The program is an important part of building a strong academic and community foundation before the fall semester begins.

- Eat all meals in Dana Dining Hall (unless it is a special catered event)
- Take two courses for credit and grade
- Participate in weekly service opportunities and community-building activities
- Connect with peers and begin building their HEOP and SLU support network
Students will be fully immersed in the academic and community life at St. Lawrence University.
