Prospective Applicant Information (Fall 2027 admission)

HEOP Application Deadline - February 1, 2027 

PROSPECTIVE APPLICANT INFORMATION: 

Dear prospective St. Lawrence University HEOP applicant -  

All candidates must come through the general St. Lawrence University admission process. 

Candidates who want to be considered for the HEOP must: 

• Be a resident of New York State 
• Possess a high school equivalency diploma, or the equivalent of a GED
• Meet program economic guidelines https://www.stlawu.edu/offices/heop/heop-eligibility
  • Fill out FAFSA, HEOP Pre Eligibility Form (emailed after you submit your application for admission)
• Interview with HEOP, (on or by mid- January 2027) we will be in touch if you still need an interview.
