In partnership with the Alumni Executive Council, the University is set to host its first "Laurentians Learn" of the 2026-27 academic year. This series of webinars is aimed at expanding learning opportunities from faculty, staff, students, alumni, and parents on important and interesting topics.

Professor Lock has written and spoken extensively about the impact of generative AI on how we teach our classes and how we measure learning. In this talk, she will share information about the situation on a national level as well as changes she has made in her own teaching. She looks forward to a fun and open-ended discussion with participants as we think creatively about tackling this opportunity and challenge.
