Request a Refund from SLU Public Printing

To Request a Refund

1. Go to the website: https://publicprinting.stlawu.edu
2. Enter your St. Lawrence University username and password to log in.
3. Select Recent Print Jobs.
4. To the right of the failed print job, select Request Refund.

Refunds are reviewed monthly by IT staff.  All accounts will be reviewed for refunds before bills are sent out at the end of the school year.
