How to view your W-2 Statement from St. Lawrence
Instructions
To view your W2 statements online you must give consent to receiving them electronically. If you have already given consent, you can skip to Access My W2.
Give Consent:
- In a supported web browser, navigate to APR2 at https://apr2.stlawu.edu/.
- Sign in with your SLU username and password.
- Note: Your username does NOT include the "@stlawu.edu" from your email.
- Note: If you are unable to sign into APR2 even if you know you are typing your username and password correctly, your password may have a special character that is not being accepted by APR2. To reset your password, visit this page, and be sure to heed the "Password Guidelines" section on the lower half of the page.
- Click on the Tax Information button
- Select W-2 Information at the top
- You will be prompted to select your preference:
- Receive my W-2 only in electronic format
- Withhold my consent (If you select this option you will receive your W-2 statement by mail)
- Click Save
Access My W2
- In a supported web browser, navigate to APR2 at https://apr2.stlawu.edu/.
- Sign in with your SLU username and password.

- Click on the Tax Information button.
- Select W-2 Information at the top.
- Click the statement for the year you wish to view and it will open a PDF of your statement.
You should now see your W-2 statement. If your statement does not appear, you may need to disable your browser's pop-up blocker in order to do so. Here are the links for instructions to disable pop-up blockers in each supported web browser:
