Configuring Voicemail Through Webmail

  1. Log in to SLU Webmail with your network username and password
  2. Click Options 
  3. Click See all options
  4. Click Phone

Configuring Voicemail Through NEC or Polycom Phones

For NEC Phones

  1. Dial x5050
  2. Enter PIN followed by #
  3. Select Personal Options
  4. Enter the option's number needed to be changed

For Polycom Phones

  1. Dial x1400
  2. Enter PIN followed by #
  3. Select Personal Options
  4. Enter the option's number needed to be changed

Managing Voicemail Post Cloud Migration

  1. In Teams:
    • Click the 3 dots at the top right by the icon and to the left of your initials
    • Select Settings
    • Select Calls on the left
    • Scroll down and you will see 'Manage Voicemail' in the middle section
    • Click 'Record a Greeting'
    • Follow the prompts
  2. On your physical Polycom phone
    • Click the 'home' buttom
    • Select 'Messages'
    • Click 'Select' (there is only one option)
    • Follow the prompts
