Required passwords for scheduled Zoom meetings

All scheduled meetings created in Zoom require a password by default. Numeric passwords are automatically generated, encrypted, and embedded in meeting links. Participants with the meeting link are not prompted for the password. Anyone wishing to not require a password can disable this function when scheduling a meeting. Send Zoom Recordings to Panopto

Zoom meetings recorded to the cloud can automatically be moved to a Meeting Recordings folder in your personal folder (My Folder) in Panopto. Once the recording is processed on Panopto, recordings can be moved to other Panopto folders (e.g., your Canvas course folder if you have enabled the tool) and the original recording on Zoom will be deleted.
