Fix the "Hold for Authentication" Error on Mac
Method 1: Retry in the print queue In the print queue of SLU Public Printing (the icon on your dock that looks like a printer), on the document showing the "Hold for Authentication" error, click the Retry button (the button that looks like a spiral, to the right of the X button). When prompted to enter your username and password, erase anything in the "Name" field, then enter your SLU Username and Password.
